Our Awards for Excellence have been running far more than a quarter of a century. They represent the ultimate accolade for banks and investment banks. Last year we received 1,000+ award submissions from candidates from all over the world. However, only those institutions that bring the highest levels of service, innovation and expertise to their customers are recognised.

Through its Awards for Excellence, Euromoney recognises banks and investment banks that can demonstrate an ability to deliver all the different parts of their firms for their clients. Winners might not be global in scale, but are truly world-class in the way they are run and in the services that they deliver.

In Euromoney’s 50th anniversary year, we look forward to recognising the best banks from around the world that will thrive in the years and decades to come.

“It is an honour for me to accept these awards on behalf of all my colleagues at Credit Suisse…These awards raise the bar for us and are an incentive for us to continue to improve the support and services we provide to our clients across the world.”

Tidjane Thiam, CEO, Credit Suisse

“We’re honoured to be recognised by Euromoney for the second consecutive year. Our clients are our first priority and we will continue to focus on delivering innovative solutions that help make their lives easier.”

Matthew Davies, Head of GTS EMEA, Bank of America Merrill Lynch

“Euromoney’s recognition reflects on our 200,000 Bank of America teammates, and the range of recognition we received in many areas reflects our approach to responsible growth: serving our clients, investing in our team to be the best place to work, investing in our capabilities to sustain our growth. We are focused on helping people, companies and institutions live their financial lives through the power of every connection we can help them make.”

Brian Moynihan, Chairman and CEO, Bank of America

“Citi has had a tremendous 12 months, delivering on our commitments by leveraging the synergies of our ICG platform. We continue to see evidence in our results that our major advantage when serving large, sophisticated clients is our global network – one that cannot be replicated by our competition. Being recognised by Euromoney is a testament to our capabilities.”

Jamie Forese, president of Citigroup and Head of Institutional Clients Group (ICG)
